How Does It Work?
When vendors join our vendor network, they choose the service categories they would like to receive leads for. When a business looking for a given service sends in a request at 123Vendors.com, a sophisticated scrubbing process automatically checks the request for authenticity. Once verified, the vendors providing that service are informed of the new lead, who then contact this qualified lead and attempt to convert it into a sale.

A request received at 123Vendors.com is sent to no more than 4 to 6 vendors based upon the volume and nature of the request.

Depending on the category of service, our existing vendors are able to close anywhere between 15%-45% of the leads provided by 123Vendors.com.

Can I limit my monthly spend on requests from 123Vendors.com?
Yes. Simply enter the dollar amount you do not wish to exceed each month in the “Cap Amount” field on the vendor signup form. You may also adjust this any time later from "Manage Account Information" by logging into the 123Vendors.com account.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your 123Vendors.com account, you can simply email us at custserv@123Vendors.com. We will stop forwarding requests to your account within 48 hours. You will, however, be required to pay any outstanding balance that you may owe to 123Vendors.com.

When will I be billed for the lead requests that I receive?
Upon approval of your registration, you will start receiving leads based on your preferences, and all charges are applied on a monthly basis. At the end of each billing month you will have 72 business hours to review this for accuracy, after which your credit card will be charged for the leads you received during the month.

How Long Does It Take For My Account to Be Activated?
It normally takes less than 48 hours.

How do I view my account?
Upon registration with 123Vendors.com, you may use the vendor login located at the top right corner of the 123Vendors.com website. Use your login and password to view and manage your leads, as well as check your invoices.
